How much does a drone light show cost?
Custom drone light shows generally start at $20,000. Final pricing depends on the number of drones, animation complexity, show length, location, travel, and production requirements. We share that starting point upfront so you can quickly decide whether a show fits your event. Limited reduced-scope or community-support options may sometimes be available for qualifying nonprofits and community events because we value the work they do. Availability is not guaranteed and depends on the event, site, schedule, and production needs.
Where do you create drone light shows?
Beyond Fireworks serves events across Pennsylvania and surrounding areas. Every location is reviewed for airspace, safety, operating space, and local requirements before a show can be confirmed.
Who handles permitting, airspace, and local zoning?
Beyond Fireworks guides the show-planning process from the start. We evaluate the site and airspace, identify applicable aviation authorizations, and coordinate with the event host on property permissions, local zoning, fire-safety rules, and municipal or event permits that may apply. Requirements vary by location, so we raise these questions early, communicate what is needed, and build the production timeline around the necessary reviews and approvals.
How far ahead should we start planning?
Earlier is always better, especially for large public events. Starting several months ahead leaves room for creative development, approvals, and detailed production planning. If your date is closer, book a discovery call and we’ll assess what may be possible.
Can the show include our logo or a custom story?
Yes. Concepts can be shaped around brand marks, local icons, meaningful symbols, words, and animated story moments. The final creative direction depends on fleet size, viewing distance, timing, and site conditions.
What happens if the weather changes?
Weather is an essential part of safe flight planning. We establish operating limits and contingency decisions during production so everyone understands the plan well before show day.
